By creating an account or using the G-point mobile application (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
G-point lets you discover, book, and manage attendance for in-person fitness training sessions at a physical studio, and manage subscriptions for that physical attendance. The service you book through the App is a physical, on-site service consumed outside the App.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. By using it you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized use.
Subscriptions and passes grant a number of in-person sessions or a period of access for physical attendance. Validity and expiry follow the rules shown in the App. Only one active subscription is permitted at a time.
Payments relate to physical attendance at in-person classes and are processed outside Apple In-App Purchase, in line with App Review Guideline 3.1.3(e). Front-desk payments are confirmed in person by studio staff. If additional payment methods are enabled in the future, they will be processed by an external payment provider. The App does not sell digital content, in-app premium features, or online classes.
Classes, trainers, and times may change or be cancelled. We will reflect changes in the App and, where a class is cancelled, your session is not consumed.
Physical exercise carries inherent risks. You participate at your own risk and confirm you are medically fit to take part. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program. We are not liable for injury arising from your participation.
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
You can delete your account at any time within the App (Profile → Edit Profile → Delete Account). Deletion removes or anonymizes your personal data except where retention is required by law.
To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
